This place was spotless and the staff were super friendly and nice. the location was perfect, being so close to the airport, France, and Bordeaux. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby for convenience 🌟.

The breakfast had a great selection of splendid food and drinks. The room of place was amazingly comfortable with ac. The location was particularly good and perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff here were extremely friendly, the location was excellent, and my family room even had air conditioning, all just 5 km from the airport.

The tartine bar at the hotel was a delightful surprise. I felt like a kid in a candy store as I indulged in the assortment of fresh breads and spreads. It was like having my own personal bakery in the morning. The hot food section was equally impressive, with scrambled eggs and bacon made to order. I couldn't help but feel right at home with such a delicious breakfast spread.

We loved the high-tech check-in system and the convenience of not having to carry keys. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and kind. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection at an affordable price. the mezzanine for kids' beds was adorable, and the shower had good water pressure. the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to the airport. a pleasant stay for young people.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and the highway, making it easily accessible. It was also close to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with daily cleaning service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering a transfer to the airport on our last day. The breakfast provided was generous and satisfying.

Not one thing.

I absolutely loved the decor of the hotel, it reminded me of my grandmother's house with its vintage furniture and floral wallpaper. The general areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for senior people like myself to relax and unwind. I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and wide hallways that accommodated my walking frame.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. It would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help with carrying luggage or provide extra support when navigating around the hotel.

Had a fabulous stay at B&B Hotel Bordeaux. Jess, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us, even opening our wine bottle when we couldn't find a corkscrew. The hotel was clean and well laid out, with a lovely reception area. The family room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and Jess also provided us with helpful directions to the airport. A fantastic service at a very fair price. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The warm colors, soft lighting, and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. It was a pleasure to relax in the hotel's general areas, such as the lounge and reception area. Additionally, as a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. From the easy-to-navigate layout to the helpful staff, it was clear that the hotel was designed with seniors in mind.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to have a better command of the English language. Although they were kind and helpful, there were times when it was a bit challenging to communicate due to language barriers.

Amazing breakfast, helpful staff, easy access to bus and airport. Close to main mall, bus route 34, and tram to Frere Robinson. Reasonable prices for transportation passes.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.
